Ingredients:
2 cans crescent roll dough
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup sugar for topping
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Press one crescent roll sheet into a greased 9×13-inch pan.
Blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon zest, and juice until creamy. Spread over the base.
Cover with the second crescent roll sheet and sprinkle sugar on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Let cool, slice, and serve chilled.
