The Ultimate Grill Master Platter
Ingredients:
Steak (e.g., ribeye, strip, or sirloin)
Chicken breasts or thighs
Sausages (e.g., bratwurst, kielbasa)
Potatoes
Vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Rosemary
Halloumi cheese
Bell peppers
Zucchini
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Oregano
Cucumber
Vinegar
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
Season steak, chicken, and sausages with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and rosemary.
Grill or pan-fry meats to desired doneness.
While meats are cooking, cut potatoes into fries.
Fry potatoes until golden brown and crispy.
Drain fries on paper towels.
Grill or pan-fry halloumi cheese, bell peppers, and zucchini seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano.
Slice cucumbers and toss with vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Arrange meats, fries, grilled vegetables, and cucumber salad on a platter.
