Strawberry Raspberry Cheesecake
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
For the Cheesecake Layer:
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup strawberry puree
1 cup whipped cream
For the Fruit Filling:
1 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberry jam
For the Garnish:
Fresh strawberries
Fresh raspberries
Whipped cream
Crushed graham crackers
Instructions:
1. Mix graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan and refrigerate to set.
2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in strawberry puree and whipped cream. Spread over the crust.
3. Layer with strawberry jam and fresh raspberries, then top with another layer of cheesecake mixture.
4. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or until firm.
5. Garnish with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, raspberries, and crushed graham crackers.
