Salted Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
1 cup pecan halves
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet.
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Fold in chocolate chips and pecan halves.
Bake for 12-14 minutes. Sprinkle with extra sea salt after baking.
