Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1/4 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease muffin tin.
In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk.
Stir in spinach and feta cheese.
Pour the mixture into the muffin tin, evenly distributed.
