Pepperoni Pizza Casserole

Ingredients:

12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or ziti)

1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup pepperoni slices

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Mix the Sauce: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix well.

3. Assemble the Casserole: Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish or oven-safe skillet. Spread the mixture evenly. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Arrange the pepperoni slices on top.

4. Bake: Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5. Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
