Ingredients
210 inchwhole grain tortillas150g
¼cupcream cheesesoftened (70g)
¼teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoononion powder
â…›teaspoonblack pepper
1cupcheddar cheeseshredded (60g)
2medium carrotsgrated (115g)
2tablespoonplain yogurt40g
6slicesof deli turkey meat106g
1cupspinach40g
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cheddar cheese, grated carrots and yogurt. Mix well until a spread forms.
- Add half of the cream cheese filling into the center of each tortilla. Use a knife to evenly spread the cream cheese filling around the tortilla (making sure to leave the outer edges free of any toppings).
- Top each tortilla with ½ cup of spinach and 3 slices of deli turkey. Tightly roll each tortilla. Slice into 6 slices and enjoy.
- *For best results, tightly wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and allow it to chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before cutting and serving ( this helps the cream cheese harden and keeps the roll ups together). However this step is optional if you would prefer to eat right away.
