This Orange Salad Dressing is bursting with citrus flavour. It’s an easy way to revitalize any salad, and is oil-free and vegan.

Ingredients

½cup100% orange juice

2.5tablespoonorange zestfrom 1 orange

2tablespoonHoney

1tablespoonDijon mustard

½teaspoonSalt

¼teaspoonblack pepper

3tablespoonred wine vinegar

Instructions

  • In a small bowl or mason jar, combine orange juice, orange zest, honey, dijon mustard, salt, black pepper and red wine vinegar. Whisk until fully combined.
  • Drizzle over your favourite salads (try my orange quinoa salad)!
