Ingredients
½cupoatsquick, minute or rolled will all work
1tablespoonchia seeds
2tablespoonvanilla protein powderoptional
3tablespoonvanilla Greek yogurt
¾cupmilk
¼teaspoonalmond extract
¼teaspoonvanilla extract
½teaspoonhoneyoptional
2teaspoonsprinkles
Instructions
- In a mason jar or container add oats, chia seeds, and vanilla protein powder (if using). Add in Greek yogurt, milk, almond extract, vanilla extract and honey (if using) and stir to combine. Mix in sprinkles.
- Add the lid to the jar and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. In the morning, top with additional yogurt (or whipped cream) if desired and enjoy!
Notes
Plain Greek yogurt can be used as an alternative to vanilla. I just recommend being sure to include the honey in this case for additional sweetness!
