Mac and Cheese Beef Wrap
Ingredients:
1 cup (200g) cooked macaroni and cheese
1/2 lb (225g) ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 large tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned and fully cooked.
2. Warm the tortillas slightly in a pan or microwave.
3. Spread a generous amount of macaroni and cheese in the center of each tortilla.
4. Top with cooked ground beef and shredded lettuce.
5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
6. Serve warm and enjoy this comforting, cheesy wrap!
