Keto Steak Sushi Tower
Ingredients:

1 cup cauliflower rice, sautéed
2 tbsp coconut aminos
8 oz ribeye steak, seared
1 avocado, cubed
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp crushed nuts
1 tsp black sesame seeds

Instructions:

Sauté cauliflower rice with coconut aminos and press into a firm base.
Add seared ribeye steak and avocado cubes.
Repeat layering and finish with a drizzle of sesame oil.
Top with crushed nuts and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately for a keto-friendly sushi experience!
