Honey Lemon Sugar Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cream butter, sugar, and honey. Add egg, lemon zest, and juice.
Mix in dry ingredients and form into balls.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
