This Strawberry Banana Smoothie is packed with over 39g of protein and 9g of fiber. Perfect for breakfast or a post-workout snack—and it comes together in just 5 minutes!

Ingredients

¾cuplow-fat milk, such as Fairlife or protein dairy-free milk of choice

1mediumbanana, fresh or frozen (the riper the better)

¾cupstrawberries, fresh or frozen

2tablespoonsground flax

¼cupunflavored whey protein powder, or pea protein, or a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein*

½teaspoonvanilla extract, optional

¾cupice

1teaspoonmonk fruit sweetener, or optional sweetener of choice, to taste

Optional add-ins: peanut butter, baby spinach, Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Place everything in the blender with ice and blend until smooth.
