Ingredients
¾cuplow-fat milk, such as Fairlife or protein dairy-free milk of choice
1mediumbanana, fresh or frozen (the riper the better)
¾cupstrawberries, fresh or frozen
2tablespoonsground flax
¼cupunflavored whey protein powder, or pea protein, or a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein*
½teaspoonvanilla extract, optional
¾cupice
1teaspoonmonk fruit sweetener, or optional sweetener of choice, to taste
Optional add-ins: peanut butter, baby spinach, Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Place everything in the blender with ice and blend until smooth.
