Ingredients
1wholewild salmon filet with skin, 1 1/2 inches thick (2 lbs)
1/4cuplight mayo
1/4cupgrated Parmesan cheese
3clovesgarlic, finely minced
2tablespoonschopped dill
2tablespoonschopped parsley
2tablespoonschopped basil
2tablespoonschopped chives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easiest cleanup.
