Ingredients

Blackened Fish with Key Lime Tartar Sauce is ridiculously delicious, inspired by my trip to the Florida Keys. Oven or air fryer directions!

1tablespoonpaprika

1/2teaspoondried cayenne pepper

1teaspoongarlic powder

1teaspoondried thyme

1teaspoondried oregano

1teaspoonkosher salt

1/8teaspoonblack pepper

olive oil spray

4piecesfresh skinned white fish fillets, 6 ounces each (mahi mahi, grouper, red snapper, tilapia)

3cupscooked wild rice or brown rice

lime wedges, for serving

1/4cupreduced fat sour cream

3tablespoonslight mayonnaise

1/3cupfinely chopped dill pickles plus 1 tablespoon pickle juice

1tablespoonfresh chopped dill

1teaspoonfresh key lime juice

1/8teaspoonkosher salt

1/8teaspoonblack pepper

Instructions

  • Combine the ingredients for the tartar sauce and refrigerate until ready to serve.
