Grilled Cheese with Smoked Salmon and Carrot
This Grilled Cheese with Smoked Salmon and Carrot is a delicious and healthy twist on a classic! It’s packed with flavor and perfect for a light lunch or a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients:
4 slices of bread (your favorite type)
4 ounces smoked salmon, flaked
1 carrot, thinly sliced
4 slices of cheese (your favorite type)
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Layer two slices of bread, butter-side down, on a griddle or skillet over medium heat.
Top each slice of bread with smoked salmon, carrot slices, and a slice of cheese.
Place the remaining two slices of bread on top, butter-side up.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Cut each sandwich in half and serve immediately.
