Miniature Gourmet Burgers with Juicy Beef and Melted Swiss Cheese

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef (80% lean)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

6 slider buns, lightly toasted

6 slices Swiss cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Fresh thyme sprigs (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Prepare the beef patties:

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.

Divide the beef into 6 equal portions and shape into small patties slightly larger than the slider buns.

2. Cook the patties:

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.

Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

3. Assemble the sliders:

Spread butter on the toasted slider buns. Place the cooked patties with melted cheese on the bottom halves of the buns.

Top with the other halves of the buns.

4. Garnish and serve:

Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs for a touch of elegance. Serve warm and enjoy!
