Creamy Tomato Chicken Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:
12 ounces rotini or penne pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound chicken breast, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 ½ cups marinara sauce
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for garnish)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
5. Add the cooked chicken and pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat evenly in the sauce.
