Creamy Meatball Spinach Pasta Recipe

Creamy Meatball Spinach Pasta Recipe
Ingredients:

12 ounces tagliatelle or fettuccine pasta

1 pound ground beef

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cups fresh spinach

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 1-inch meatballs.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs until browned on all sides and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg if desired.

5. Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the creamy sauce.

7. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and black pepper. Enjoy your creamy meatball spinach pasta!
