Creamy Beef Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

300g rigatoni pasta

500g beef cubes

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped

Steps:

1. Cook the pasta:

Boil rigatoni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the beef:

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear beef cubes until browned on all sides, then remove from the skillet.

3. Make the sauce:

In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add heavy cream and Italian seasoning, then simmer for 2 minutes.

Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens slightly.

4. Combine:

Return the beef to the skillet and toss in the cooked pasta. Mix well until coated.

5. Garnish and serve:

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese before serving.
