Description

Classic Double Cheeseburger

Ingredients:
2 burger patties (4 oz each)

2 slices of cheddar cheese

1 brioche bun

4-5 pickle slices

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp butter

Optional: Mustard, mayo, or other condiments

Instructions:
1. Toast the Bun:

Spread butter on the inside of the brioche bun.
Toast the bun in a skillet or on a grill until golden brown. Set aside.
2. Cook the Patties:

Heat a skillet or grill to medium-high heat.
Season the patties with salt and pepper.
Cook each patty for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
Place a slice of cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking, allowing it to melt.
3. Assemble the Burger:

Spread ketchup (and any other condiments) on the bottom bun.
Add one patty with melted cheese, followed by a few pickle slices.
Place the second patty with cheese on top.
Add more ketchup and pickles if desired.
Crown your burger with the top bun.
4. Serve and Enjoy:

Serve immediately with fries or onion rings for the ultimate burger experience!
