Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup softened butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg + 1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups mini chocolate chips
Steps:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Prepare baking trays.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs.
Blend dry ingredients into wet; stir in mini chips.
Drop spoonfuls of dough and bake for 12 minutes.
Mini chips mean chocolate in every bite!
