Chocolate Pecan Clusters
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups (200g) pecan halves
1 cup (200g) dark chocolate, melted
½ teaspoon sea salt (optional)
Instructions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange small clusters of pecans (3-4 pieces per cluster) on the sheet. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Spoon melted chocolate over each pecan cluster, ensuring they are well coated.
