Chicken Recipe Hot Chicken Philly Cheesesteak Dip

Ingredients

8ouncesthin sliced chicken cutlets

1/8teaspoonkosher salt

black pepper to taste

cooking spray

1cupdiced onion

1cupdiced green pepper

1/4cuplight mayonnaise

1/2cuplight sour cream

4ozlight cream cheese, softened

4ozshredded mild provolone cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Spray a grill pan or large skillet with cooking spray and cook chicken on high heat about 1 minute on each side, until cooked through.

Slice thin, set aside.

  • Spray with more oil and saute onions and peppers over medium-low heat for 5 to 6 minutes, until soft.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Place in an oven-proof dish and bake 20-25 minutes, until hot and cheese is melted.
