Ingredients
1large bone-in skin-on split chicken breast, (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lbs)
1cup1% buttermilk
1 1/2teaspoonsdried parsley
1 1/2teaspoonsfresh or dried chives
3/4teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoondried dill
1/2teaspoononion powder
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
olive oil spray
Instructions
- Place the chicken in a bowl and pour the buttermilk over, covering completely. Set chicken at room temperature at least 20 minutes or refrigerated up to 4 hours.
