Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake
Ingredients:

300g rigatoni or penne pasta

2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1 teaspoon dried basil or parsley

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish and set aside.

2. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, diced chicken, Alfredo sauce, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.

4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

5. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, and dried basil. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the pasta. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.

6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm. Enjoy this creamy, cheesy comfort food!
