Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients:
4 cups frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped chives (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Mixture: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the hashbrowns, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Assemble the Casserole: Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
3. Bake the Casserole: Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
4. Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped chives. Serve warm.
