Cheesy Chili Dog Bake
Ingredients:
6 hot dogs
6 small tortillas
1 can (15 oz) chili (with or without beans)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 green onions (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Spread half of the chili on the bottom of a baking dish.
3. Roll each hot dog in a tortilla and place seam-side down in the baking dish over the chili.
4. Pour the remaining chili over the rolled hot dogs.
5. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the top.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
