Cheesy Beef Tacos
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
12 taco shells
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sour cream (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the Ground Beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat, then stir in taco seasoning and a bit of water as per the packet instructions. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until fully combined.
Prepare the Tacos: Warm the taco shells in the oven as per package instructions.
Assemble the Tacos: Spoon the seasoned beef into each taco shell. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and chopped lettuce.
Serve: Serve with a dollop of sour cream for extra creaminess, and enjoy!
