Cheesy Beef and Bacon Rolls
Ingredients
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
1/2 cup cooked, crispy bacon bits
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg (for egg wash)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Rice for serving (optional)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until browned.
Drain any excess fat and stir in half of the crispy bacon bits. Let it cool slightly.
2. Assemble the Rolls:
Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 4 equal rectangles.
Place a portion of the beef mixture onto each rectangle, top with shredded cheddar cheese, and roll the pastry tightly.
Seal the edges and brush each roll with egg wash.
3. Bake:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Garnish and Serve:
Top with remaining crispy bacon bits, extra cheddar cheese, and fresh parsley.
Serve over a bed of rice for a hearty meal.
