Cheesy Bacon Beef Macaroni
Ingredients:
250g elbow macaroni
300g ground beef
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. In a pan, melt butter and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef, season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and oregano, and cook until browned. Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring well. Add cheddar and mozzarella cheese, mixing until melted and creamy. Stir in cooked pasta and crumbled bacon. Let simmer for 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
