Blueberry Delight Pastry

Ingredients:
1 puff pastry sheet
1 cup blueberries
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 egg yolk
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Slice puff pastry into triangles.
Mix blueberries, sugar, and chocolate chips.
Place cream cheese and blueberry filling onto pastry, fold, and seal.
Coat with egg yolk for shine.
Bake for 18–20 minutes.
