Banana Oat Bars with Yogurt Topping

Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup plain yogurt

Banana slices for topping

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

3. Add the oats, honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt to the mashed bananas. Mix well until fully combined.

4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the dish.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely.

6. Spread plain yogurt evenly over the cooled oat bars.

7. Top with fresh banana slices for a decorative and tasty touch.

8. Cut into squares or bars and enjoy.
