Ingredients
4-6thin boneless pork chops
1tablespoonolive oil
2tablespoonspork chop seasoning
SERVE WITH: mashed potatoesrice, steamed vegetables
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F for 5 minutes.
Pat dry the boneless pork chops, then drizzle them with oil and rub to coat.
Rub the pork chop seasoning on both sides of the pork.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket and cook for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through, until 145 in the center.
- Remove the pork from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
How to reheat pork chops:
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
2. Add pork chops to your air fryer basket and cook for 2-3 minutes or until hot.
