Ingredients
1French Bread LoafItalian bread will work too
1/2cupof marinara sauce
2cupsof shredded mozzarella
1-2teaspoonsItalian Seasoning
Pepperoni for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees.
- Slice your french loaf in half and then cut lengthwise, giving you 4 pieces. Depending on how long the bread is, you may have to cut a little more off to fit in your air fryer.
- Once the air fryer is heated, place two pieces of bread in the air fryer and fry for 2 minutes. This crisps up your bread so the sauce does not just soak into it and make it soggy.
Carefully remove the loaf pieces and assemble your pizza minus the pepperoni. I used about 2 tablespoons of marinara and then sprinkled Italian seasoning on the sauce. I topped with about ½ cup of cheese.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes. Turn your air fryer off and open it. Place pepperoni slices on the French bread pizza then close the air fryer for about 1 minute to allow the pepperoni to melt into the cheese.
- Remove the pizza from the air fryer, wait a minute or two for it to cool, then enjoy!
