Air fryer steak bites are filled with garlic and butter for an easy flavorful dinner for the entire family!

Ingredients

1 ½poundssirloin steak
1tablespoonolive oil
2tablespoonsbuttermelted
2teaspoonsminced garlic
1½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonground black pepper
Fresh parsleyoptional
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 °F.
Cut steak into 1½-inch cubes.
- Whisk together oil, melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper then add steak to bowl and toss together with sauce until coated.
- Air fry the steak at 400 °F for 7-12 minutes. (7 minutes = more rare / 12 minutes = medium-well).
- Remove them from the air fryer and let rest for at least 3 minutes, then enjoy!
Notes
How to reheat steak bites:
Cook leftovers in a preheated air fryer at 400 degrees F for about 2 to 3 minutes until warmed through.
Doneness Chart:
- Rare: 6 to 7 minutes (120 to 125 degrees F)
- Medium rare: 7 to 8 minutes (130 to 135 degrees F)
- Medium: 10 minutes (140 to 145 degrees F)
- Medium-well: 12 minutes (150 to 155 degrees F)
