I’m obsessed with these tender-crisp Air Fryer Green Beans topped with golden parmesan breadcrumbs. Delicious and less than 15 minutes to make.

Ingredients
1poundgreen beans, rinsed, trimmed and patted dry
1tablespoonolive oil, divided
¼teaspoonplus 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
2small garlic cloves, minced or pressed through a garlic press
2 ½tablespoonsgrated pecorino romano or parmesan cheese
1 ½tablespoonseasoned breadcrumbs, such as 4C or gluten-free crumbs
½teaspoonsweet paprika
½teaspoondried parsley
â…›teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the green beans, 2 teaspoons olive oil and ¼ teaspoon kosher salt. Toss to evenly coat.
- Add the green beans to the air fryer basket and air fry 375F 6 to 7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until crisp tender.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, â…› teaspoon salt, paprika, parsley, black pepper and remaining 1 teaspoon oil and mix well. Open the air fryer basket and evenly spread over the green beans, then spritz with olive oil spray. Air fry 375F for 2 minutes until golden.
Transfer beans to a serving platter and serve immediately.

Notes
No air fryer? No problem! Roast them on a sheet pan 425F 15 minutes, stirring halfway then add crumbs and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
