Ingredients
1butternut squash
2tablespoonsolive oil
2tablespoonshoney
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
1/4teaspoonfine sea salt
1teaspoonhoneyfor drizzling on top (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Peel the butternut squash, removing the seeds and pulp. Cut it into evenly-sized 1 1/2-inch cubes.
- Place the cut butternut squash, olive oil, honey, ground cinnamon, and sea salt into a bowl and mix to combine.
- Place it in the air fryer in a single layer and air fry for 14-16 minutes until tender, turning the squash halfway through the cooking time.
- Remove it from the air fryer, drizzling more honey on top if desired, and serve!
