Ingredients
1poundcherry tomatoesi used ones on the vine but you can use loose as well
1tablespoonolive oil
1-2teaspoonseach of fresh minced rosemarybasil and parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the airfryer to 400 F
- Place the cherry tomatoes in the the basket, then drizzle with olive oil, the sprinkle the chopped herbs overtop, and sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the skins are just starting to split and tomatoes are tender
Serve warm
