Ingredients
16ozradishes, ends trimmed and halved
½teaspoonkosher salt, plus more for serving
⅛teaspooncrushed black pepper
½teaspoononion powder
2tablespoonsparsley, finely chopped
2largegarlic cloves, finely chopped
1tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until combined.
- Air fry at 400°F for 8 minutes, open the air fryer, stir the radishes, and cook for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with a little more salt, if desired and serve.
