Ingredients
2sweet potatoes
1tablespoonbuttermelted
1teaspoonbuttermelted and separated from the above
2tablespoonssugar
1/2teaspooncinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees.
Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into skinny fries
Coat fries with 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Cook fries in the preheated air fryer for 15-18 minutes. They can overlap, but should not fill your air fryer more than 1/2 full.
- Remove the sweet potato fries from the air fryer and place them in a bowl.
- Coat with the remaining butter and add in sugar and cinnamon. Mix to coat.
Enjoy immediately.
