Ingredients
4boneless skinless chicken thighs
2tablespoonsDijon mustard
2tablespoonshoney
1tablespoonolive oil
½teaspoonpaprika
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels and place them in the preheated air fryer basket.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush the sauce over the chicken thighs.
- Air fry for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway if desired, until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached.
