I’ve been making this delicious Air Fryer Asparagus with Dijon Marinade for a quick side dish lately. It’s the perfect veggie side dish, ready in minutes!
Equipment
- Air Fryer
Ingredients
2tablespoonsred wine vinegar
2tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
¼teaspoonkosher salt
⅛teaspooncrushed black pepper
1tablespoonDijon mustard
2tablespoonsparsley, finely chopped
2garlic cloves, finely minced
1poundasparagus, (1 bunch), tough ends trimmed
Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients except the asparagus in a small bowl. Coat the asparagus evenly by drizzling the dressing over it and using your hands to distribute it thoroughly.
- Let it marinate until ready to air fry, at least 10 minutes or up to a few hours.
- In batches, as needed air fry the asparagus at 400F in a single layer for 5 minutes, remove and shake the basket then continue air frying for another 3 to 5 minutes, depending on the thickness.

Notes
Work in batches as needed: Never crowd the air fryer basket. You want the air to circulate around the food to get crisp, browned edges.
Cook time will vary: This will depend on the thickness of your spears and the wattage of your air fryer.
No Air Fryer, No Problem: Bake 400F 10 to 15 minutes.
