Ingredients
3medium artichokes
1small lemonjuiced (3 tablespoons lemon juice)
1tablespoonolive oil
Kosher saltto taste
Black pepperto taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 340 degrees F.
- Rinse the artichokes, then trim the stems and remove the tough outer leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise and remove the fuzzy choke from the inside using a spoon.
- Pour the lemon juice over the cut sides. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Flip them and repeat on the leafy side.
- Place them cut side down in the air fryer and fry for 12 minutes. Open the air fryer, flip the artichokes, then fry for 4 more minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce.
