Copycat Costco Chicken Bake
Recreate the iconic Costco Chicken Bake at home! This savory delight features tender chicken, crispy bacon, creamy Caesar dressing, and a blend of gooey cheeses, all wrapped in golden pizza dough. Perfect for a quick meal or an impressive homemade treat, it’s easily customizable for every palate!
1 lb prepared pizza dough
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1½ tbsp olive oil
6 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
½ cup Caesar dressing
1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 egg, beaten
Directions:
1. Cook seasoned chicken and bacon.
2. Roll out dough, spread Caesar dressing, and layer with chicken, bacon, cheese, and onions.
3. Fold, seal, brush with egg, and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
