3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 large yellow onions, sliced into rings
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
5 ½ cups water
12 oz can evaporated milk
2 tbsp beef bouillon
1 lb short cut pasta (e.g., orecchiette)
5 oz Gruyere cheese, shredded
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
