Ingredients
For the Chicken & Mushrooms:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
2 cups mushrooms (sliced)
For the Creamy Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp Italian seasoning
For the Pasta:
8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
Instructions
Cook the Pasta:
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
Sauté the Chicken & Mushrooms:
Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then cook until golden brown.
Add mushrooms and sauté until tender. Remove from pan and set aside.
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Let it thicken for a few minutes.
Assemble & Serve:
Toss the pasta in the creamy sauce.
Add back the cooked chicken and mushrooms, stirring to coat.
