2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks

For the Hollandaise Sauce:
3 egg yolks

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:
Cook the Steak:

Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes.

Sauté the Shrimp:
