Ingredients

2 filet mignon steaks

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
Prepare the Filet Mignon:

Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare or adjust to your preference. Remove and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp:
