Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For the Alfredo Sauce:

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

For the Pasta:

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
Cook the Pasta:

Boil the fettuccine in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Chicken:

Season the chicken pieces with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
